台北江陳會／蔡英文：6日一定圍城 讓中國體驗台灣民意

儘管民進黨11月6日的集會遊行申請已遭否決，但民進黨的「圍城」意圖甚堅，立法院黨團總召柯建銘表示，大不了27席民進黨籍立委一人帶一隊衝撞，主席蔡英文更表示，六日一定要圍城，讓中國體驗台灣真正的民意，什麼是民主的國家。
民進黨在3日中午，針對大陸海協會會長陳雲林訪台，召開重大議題協調會報，並討論6日的圍城計劃內容，據與會者轉述指出，立委高志鵬認為，因集遊 法被關，總比是因被控貪污關起來，要來得好；總召柯建銘則強調，圍城行動一定要做，大不了直接挑戰集會遊行法，27席立委一人帶一隊進行衝撞。
在3日晚間展開的「為台灣守夜，向中國嗆聲」晚會中，包括游錫堃、姚嘉文等人都批評馬政府封殺民進黨集會遊行權，兩岸簽署協議，規避國會監督權，形同出賣台灣主權，蘇貞昌表示，為了一名共產黨員來台而收掉國旗，警察竟強押有不同看法的台北市議員，如同軍事戒嚴。
另外，蔡英文除率黨公職靜坐，她在致詞時也表示，「週四，我們一定要圍城」，「週四我們一定要在一起」，讓中國體驗台灣真正的民意，台灣是真正民主的國家。
Chongqing Taxis, In A Rare Move, Stage A Strike
Thousands of taxi drivers in the southwestern Chinese city of Chongqing participated in a rare strike on Monday that included some violence, state news agency Xinhua reported.
Morning rush-hour commuters were stranded as most of the 9,000 cabbies in the urban areas of Chongqing, China's fourth-largest city, stopped work to protest a range of grievances, including fuel shortages, heavy fines for traffic violations and competition from unlicensed cabs, Xinhua said.
Strikers occasionally turned violent, smashing the windows of taxis that continued to operate and pulling their drivers from the vehicles. Xinhua said about 20 vehicles were smashed, including three police cars.
Municipal transportation officials called on city cab drivers to resume work and police were dispatched to ensure the smooth flow of traffic. By Monday afternoon about 800 drivers had returned to work, some with escort from transport officials.
The large-scale strike represents a rare example of wildcat work action in China, where the only legal trade union is affiliated with the ruling Communist party.
Earlier this year, a group of China Eastern Airlines Corp. pilots staged a work action by disrupting 21 flights to protest their working conditions. The pilots turned back midway through their flights instead of continuing to their scheduled destinations.

重慶發生出租車罷運風波

方媒體新華社報導稱﹐重慶市的數千名出租車司機週一罷運﹐其間還出現一些暴力行為。這種罷工事件在中國較為少見。

個別罷運司機還有暴力行為﹐他們砸碎仍在運營的出租車的車窗﹐把司機從車里拖出來。新華社稱﹐大約有20多輛車被砸﹐其中包括三輛警車。
重慶市主管交通運輸的官員呼籲出租車司機恢復運營﹐警察也分赴各地區維持交通運輸秩序。到週一下午﹐大約有800名司機已恢復運營﹐其中一些由交通管理人員陪同。
此次大規模的罷運是中國難得一見的非法工潮之一。中國唯一合法的工會組織受執政黨共產黨的領導。
今年早些時候﹐中國東方航空股份有限公司(China Eastern Airlines Corp.)的幾名飛行員也採取了類似的行動﹐他們中斷了21個航班的正常飛行──在飛行途中返回起飛地點﹐而不是按照既定航程飛往目的地﹐以此來表示對工作條件的抗議。
