2015年6月1日，據中國之聲報導，秦始皇兵馬俑景點內售賣的由秦俑發現人簽名的紀念書籍的簽名頗受爭議，每次所簽出的簽名都不一樣，有學者認為此舉誤導遊客。另外，秦始皇兵馬俑發現人也一直有爭議，先後出現過「三人說」、「七人說」、「九人說」，但各方說法不一。從考古意義上來說，秦俑的真正發現人是原臨潼博物館館長趙康民[4][5]。
